We facilitate lawful procurement of commercially traded commodities under strict regulatory oversight. All procurements comply with export control, AML/KYC, and national licensing requirements.
This document outlines AFROMY™ SDN BHD's commitment to ethical and compliant business practices in all its operations.
AFROMY™ SDN BHD operates exclusively as a Trade Liaison and Strategic Market Connector, introducing clients to verified, licensed suppliers and event organizers. We do not own, manufacture, store, transport, purchase, or sell any goods, services, or regulated commodities. Our role is limited to facilitation, relationship-building, and market access support.
We conduct basic KYC checks on all parties we introduce, including company registration verification, licensing status, and sanctions screening where applicable. All transactions are executed directly between contracting parties, who bear full responsibility for compliance with applicable AML regulations in their jurisdictions. AFROMY™ SDN BHD does not handle client funds or process payments.
All introduced suppliers are required to comply with relevant export control laws, licensing requirements, and commodity-specific regulations. We do not facilitate or engage in the trade of prohibited or sanctioned goods as defined by Malaysian law, the laws of the buyer’s jurisdiction, or international trade controls.
AFROMY™ SDN BHD collects and processes only the minimum necessary personal and business data required to facilitate introductions and maintain professional records. All information is handled in compliance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable international privacy laws (e.g., GDPR). Sensitive data will not be shared with third parties without written consent, except where legally required. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available for enterprise clients upon request.
Requests for strategic, dual-use, or high-value commodities are subject to enhanced due diligence before introductions are made. AFROMY™ SDN BHD reserves the right to refuse facilitation where risk or compliance issues are identified.
Any contact, supplier, or client introduced by AFROMY™ SDN BHD is considered a proprietary business relationship. Direct or indirect engagement with such parties without AFROMY™ SDN BHD’s prior written consent is prohibited for five (5) years from the date of introduction. This protects the integrity of our network and ensures long-term value for all parties.
